AmericaTire ("AmericaTire," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and tire price comparison service (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide. Your account email address, the tire sizes and vehicles you save to your account, your price alert preferences, and any messages you send to our support team.
• Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never see or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as your device type, browser, IP address, and how you interact with the Service, collected through cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for your vehicle identification number, driver's license, or any other government identifier. A tire size and an email address are all we need.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features;

• Send price alerts you have asked for, service updates, and support responses;
• Process subscription payments through our payment processor;

We never share your saved tire sizes, vehicles, or alert history with tire retailers or advertisers.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and limit access to it.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account at any time, after which we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
